EMAK HYF Models are specially designed for the applications where the electric motor, drive system and bearings should be completely out of air stream. 100% leak-proof airway construction needed where the explosive, very dirty or overheated media should be extracted or transferred. For the standard V-Belt applications EMAK AX Type should be preferred due to cheaper cost. Also both models enable changeable impeller speed.

HYF types are produced between Ø250 mm – Ø1000 mm as standard with different impeller angle combinations. For the applications above Ø1000 mm please contact EMAK .

The casing is formed from the St 37.2 steel sheets. The grey (RAL 7036) paint finish is applied after production, optional hot dip galvanization, furnace paint or epoxy paint is available.

A-B-B0-C-D-E-F-G and H series of performance curves are suitable to use with the HYF type fans within a 15 to 25 % increase of the electric motor power, For the higher performance applications please contact EMAK.

Static and dynamic vibration defects are recovered after production according to appropriate ISO norm.

Belt drive system loads additional friction losses to the bearings, so please take into consideration of 15 to 25 % increase in electric motor power for above models (HYF and AX).
