AX types are V-Belt Driven models enable changeable impeller speed. Also used for the applications where the electric motor needs to be out of air stream, but The AX models have an opening in casing between the electric motor and drive system. AX type Fans produced standard between Ø250 mm – Ø1000 mm with different impeller angle combinations as standard. For the applications above Ø1000 mm please contact EMAK
The casing is formed from the St 37.2 steel sheets with integral supports. The grey (RAL 7036) paint finish is applied after production, optional hot dip galvanization, furnace paint or epoxy paint is available.
A-B-B0-C-D-E-F-G and H series of performance curves are suitable to use with the AX type fans within a 15 to 25 % increase of the electric motor power, For the higher performance applications please contact EMAK
Static and dynamic vibration defects are recovered after production according to appropriate ISO norm

The bearings and all drive arrangement in AX models are chosen for long-life and high quality as well as the other EMAK products. AX types are produced with circular flanged as standard, square flange models are optional. Optional custom made designs are possible. Performance Test Code : BS 848-1 (British Standards) Methods of Testing Performance is applied after production. Fans are tested in Emak’s own test laboratory, certified by manufacturer and if necessary accredited third party inspections takes a part

The V Belt drive application brings additional friction load, so please take into consideration of 15 to 25 % electric motor power increase for above models.
