In standard EMAK’s TAM –TAM MAX – URF - BCF – E JET R - CTF - DTK models can convert to a AEX (Explosion proof) Type
Range of AEX type fans is not limited with a series. It is tailored to your individual needs; between Ø250 mm – Ø3550 mm with different impeller angle combinations.
The casing is formed from the St 37.2 steel sheets with integral supports. The grey (RAL 7036) paint finish is applied after production, optional hot dip galvanization, furnace paint or epoxy paint is available.
A-B-B0-C-D-E-F-G and H series of performance curves are suitable to use with this type
Static and dynamic vibration defects are recovered after production according to appropriate ISO norm.

All Ex Proof Fans are produced and assembled under strict International EX Rules and AMCA / CE Norms. Performance Test Code: BS 848-1 (British Standards) Methods of Testing Performance is applied after production. Fans are tested in Emak’s own test laboratory, certified by manufacturer and if necessary accredited third party inspections takes a part.

The casing is formed from the St 37.2 steel sheets with integral supports. The grey (RAL 7036) paint finish is applied after production, optional hot dip galvanization, furnace paint or epoxy paint is available. The gap clearances of impeller tips are checked with master patterns after production. Impeller and the housing in way of impeller are to be made of alloys which, by means of appropriate test procedures, are deemed spark-proof. Electrostatic charges both in the rotating body and the casing are to be prevented by use of anti-static materials.

Please note : Furthermore the installation of the AEX ventilation fan is to ensure its bonding to the hull / earth .

Standard AEX series includes TK Outside fitted terminal box and HT wire guards that prevents foreign materials run into casing, Also you can use following accessories with AEX.
